After dealing with Smith BMW and getting screwed, I found Bavarian Workshop to be tops in the repair of my BMW. Straight and honest what more could you ask for? Peter

The guys over at Bavarian are awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable. Found the problem and made the repairs quickly. For such such high quality work, it was very reasonably priced.

It's great to have a BMW shop you can walk to. It's even better when it happens to be one of the best shops you've ever been to, which Bavarian Workshop is. From replacing a light cover to repairing a transmission, I have received the same high level of enthusiasm and assistance. I would highly recommend Marc and his staff to anyone who really cares about their BMW.

Everything was as great as always! Only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars.... Minor detail. I also had a flat tire repaired. The car arrived on the spare. When I picked the car up, the spare was placed in the truck and not secured under the lower truck panel. Jay and Trevor were great and squeezed the car in. Very pleased with the service and workmanship!

I was treated with courtesy as usual. All repairs were fully explained. Marc replaced the broken sun visor clip on the driver's side, as requested. When I arrived home I realized the passenger's side visor clip was broken - how did that happen?

Looking for an honest mechanic?? Here they are! Marc Norris has saved me money and always does a great job on my 2003 BMW 325i.

Hello Marc, I believe there's a balance due for an oil change on a smart car that was preformed months ago. $70.00... Please shoot me an email if this is correct so I can forward you a payment. Thanks Len Desborough

I like the folks and the shop is free of offensive greasy posters its like a well run car surgeons office My issue is with fair prices-- I came in and told them what the basic issue was - then they did a diagonostic ($100+) most mechanics apply the money paid to diagnose to the repair if you do the repair there or at least reduce the fee by half (like 50 for the diagnosis if you do the repair there) they did not--charged fully for the diagnosis and then fully for the repair and I felt ripped off
